What should I expect from the workshop?
A friendly and fun workshop where you will learn from a range of varied perspectives with each session focusing on a handful of topics. You can take part in group discussion, activities, worksheets and learn from the course content. You can contribute to discussions as much as you like. 

Who is it intended for?
The workshop is targeted towards anyone over the age of eighteen with an interest in being their optimal, happy self.

How do I book?

Who is the creator/ facilitator?
The creator and facilitator has many years of work experience in supporting people to make positive changes in their lives and has a BSc (Hons) Psychology and an MSc in Mental health studies. She is trained in Brief Solution Focused Therapy and is a trainee Counselling Psychologist. As positive psychology is a passion of hers, she has created this workshop to support people in being their happiest, optimal selves.
